In celebration of Human Rights Day, we recognize that the right to a clean and healthy environment—including access to clean air, water, and safe living conditions—is fundamental to our health and well-being. To uphold these rights, the Mariannridge Residents Forum was active in the F-section yesterday, motivating residents to take ownership of their surroundings and move from illegal dumping toward community beautification. We are especially grateful to the residents from the top of Pluto and the flats near the grounds for their inspiring enthusiasm; by working together to protect our planet and our local streets, we ensure these basic human rights for all. Let’s continue this positive change to make our community a better place, remembering that cleanliness is next to godliness!
